CEO & Founder of Marathon Financial Group
Lisa's Story
As the Founder and President of Marathon Group Financial, Lisa brings over 34 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on retirement planning and wealth management. A Financial Advisor and Fiduciary with an insurance license, she is dedicated to providing tailored, strategic solutions that help clients achieve their financial goals with confidence and clarity. A proud graduate of Cal State University, Long Beach, Lisa enjoys spending time with her three sons, Joshua, Tyler, and Noah, especially traveling in the RV!

- Serving on the Board of Directors for Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation (her oldest son has Crohn’s, and this organization helped Lisa’s family when they needed it most)

Miguel is a driving force behind events at Marathon Group Financial. His caring and respectful nature matches his unwavering commitment to the success of our clients and his colleagues.
Miguel's experience as a multiple business owner provides a strong foundation for his contributions. His natural skills are complemented by his degree in Bookkeeping and Computers from Cabot College.
In his free time, Miguel loves time with his family, working out, relaxing, and watching movies. He is married with four children and appreciates their dog, Koko, and Arthur, the sweet new cat quickly becoming part of the family.

Jessica brings three years of financial services experience, including collaboration with financial advisors, to ensure a smooth experience for new clients. Jessica is responsible for new account setups, transfers, and transaction processing. She is committed to providing exceptional support to new clients during their onboarding and transition.
Jessica is a San Diego native and a graduate of CSU San Marcos. She enjoys gardening, thrifting, photography, and spending time with her family. She is married and treasures Luna and Nube, her two cats, as well as Katalina, the beloved family dog.

Beyond her professional contributions, J.R. is a singer, volunteers her time encouraging others, and occasionally speaks at events. She resides in Murrieta and enjoys leadership development, cats, and has a strong interest in British culture.

Jessica brings over 15 years of experience in marketing and communications at organizations like Sierra Club, Women In Product, and Stand Up To Cancer.
She met Lisa while working for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, and she's delighted to be working with her on the Marathon Group Financial brand!

Patcher’s accomplishments include chasing a rabbit until it punched him in the face, surviving a brawl with a Chihuahua, and eating more than you’ve ever seen a dog eat.
